Powered by the Rotax 912S engine this amazing aircraft is a real pleasure to fly yet highly capable two seat aircraft. She cruises at 100 knots using around 15 litres an hour giving a range of 5 hours plus reserves. This makes for an extremely cost effective yet versatile aircraft with a roomy storage area for travelling with overnight bags or even a foldable bicycle.
The aircraft is fully certified by EASA to operate on either AVGAS or MOGAS and you can even mix the two so fuel at your destination is never an issue.
The aircraft has a Garmin 430 with WAAS and Terrain warning, ILS/VOR indicator, Garmin 328 Mode S transponder and a Garmin GMA 340 intercom.
The Tecnam P2002JF is fully certified by EASA and is also approved to be used for flight training.
The STOL and grass performance of this aircraft is amazing and handles the relatively short Brimpton runway of 520 metres (now 620 metres) with ease.
